These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Condor Agent website, the demo line and the services you sign up for. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1.Our services
Condor Agent designs websites and AI voice receptionists for businesses. The information on this website is general. Plans bought online follow the prices on our pricing page and these Terms. Custom projects are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.
2.Plans, billing and refunds
- Plans are paid online through Stripe: a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, charged at the start of each monthly billing period.
- AI receptionist plans include 300 call minutes a month. Extra minutes are billed at $0.35 per minute at the end of the billing period. We let you know before you reach your included minutes. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing us at condoragentcontact@gmail.com. Your service continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
- Setup fee: if you cancel before we start building, we refund it in full. Once work has started, it is not refundable.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next billing period after that notice.
3.Demo line
- The demo line is answered by an AI assistant, and calls may be recorded.
- It is for demonstration only. Appointments made on the demo line are not real.
- Do not use the demo line for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
- Do not share sensitive information (such as payment, health or government ID details) during a demo call.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or demo line for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
- Make abusive, automated or excessive calls to the demo line.
- Copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without permission.
5.AI limitations
AI assistants can make mistakes. Information from the demo assistant is for demonstration only and is not professional advice.
6.Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Condor Agent or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
7.Third-party links
This website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8.Disclaimers
The website and demo line are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Condor Agent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or demo line.
10.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated Terms.
